Lily Jin FIEP is lending her extensive experience to IEP Australia’s Fellowship program, saying she wants to help address the challenges facing the Employment Services Sector.
Currently serving as National Manager – Performance & Compliance at Mission Australia, Lily’s career features extensive involvement in the industry.
“Given my active participation in professional networks and continuous engagement with industry developments, I naturally encountered the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) and its initiatives,” she says.
“The Fellowship’s commitment to enhancing professional standards and fostering a collaborative community resonated with my own professional values and aspirations.”
Empowering individuals
It’s this dedication to the sector that prompted Lily to sign up as a Fellow.
“Throughout my career, I have been passionate about empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment and personal growth,” she says.
“The Fellowship offers a platform to collaborate with like-minded professionals, share best practice, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our field.
“By participating, I aim to both impart my knowledge and gain insights from peers, thereby enriching the collective expertise of the community.”
Employment expertise
That expertise, she says, includes program development, stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy.
“My strategic insights can aid in shaping initiatives that address current challenges within the sector.
“Additionally, my commitment to professional development aligns with the Fellowship’s goals of enhancing practitioner capability and promoting continuous learning.
“I am eager to contribute to research projects, mentor emerging professionals, and support the implementation of frameworks that elevate service quality across the industry.”
Congratulations on being part of the program, Lily!
