Capability Partnerships
Capability Partners are organisations who work with the IEP, showing a commitment to championing employability as a recognised profession. Partnership allows your organisation to work alongside and support stakeholders in a changing landscape and determine the direction of our professional body.

FAQs
What criteria do I need to meet to become a Fellow/Associate/Member etc?
As you might expect, the grade of membership for which you might qualify will depend upon a mixture of experience, qualifications and references. Guidance is provided as part of the application process. Simply select the grade that you feel applies to you and the IEP team will let you know if you qualify.
What do I get for my membership fee?
Your membership will include a range of benefits including access to our networking events, webinars, career support, mentoring, regular news updates and access to our accredited online learning courses and podcasts.
