We are delighted to announce Karin Ridgeway FIEP is our Member of the Month for February 2025.
Karin is a member of the IEP Australia Fellowship program and the Adelaide-based General Manager of Multiple Solutions Employment.
In addition to coming on board as a Fellow, Karin has been assisting IEP Australia as part of the working group for our 2025 Summit, while also assisting IEP Australia to make further connections and have a greater reach.
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
“I am truly thrilled and honoured to receive the IEP Member of the Month award,” said Karin. “It is a privilege to be part of IEP as a Fellow, and I am humbled to be recognised alongside so many dedicated and passionate individuals in this industry.”
Karin was recently profiled for our website, telling us she was keen to help promote a more collegiate employability sector across Australia.
