Programme Overview

With the job marketing already uncertain, young people entering the job market are faced with several new challenges not found by workers before. With mental health challenges, or overcoming discrimination, ensuring Practitioners can provide the essential guidance needed to help young people feel supported, and knowing how to build safe working environments with employers, is essential to help young people find fulfilling employment.

Youth Employability Support was developed in partnership with Catch22. The programme provides insights into current trends, strategies for gaining work, looking at how to create a safe and supportive working environment and understanding the challenges faced by young people.

Whether you’re a seasoned Practitioner, or new to the field, our short eLearning programme will deliver the learning needed to help young people into employment.
