IEP Corporate Affiliate Partner Palladium achieved the Gold Professional Excellence Award in February 2025.

Becky Brocklehurst MIEP, Operations Director at Palladium, said achieving this award is very exciting for the team because they see being part of the IEP as being part of the consistent picture while also providing them with a platform to be a voice in that space.

“The team are really invested in that,” she continued. “We have created a team that haven’t necessarily worked in the Sector before, and also our contractor team that has a lot of lived experience – which has been important to us. It’s important to have building blocks and the IEP has been a big part of that.”

She said the Palladium team are most excited about IEP Basecamp.

“Last year we sent quite a large number of people to it – and some people went to it the previous year and absolutely loved it, and came back raving about it and got a lot from it. For us, it’s important to foster a culture of people feeling part of the jigsaw, and funding that for them has been a real springboard for them to come back and garner that enthusiasm with the wider team. They’re already looking forward to the next one. It’s been a big investment on our part, one that we are really happy to support.”

The IEP will continue to recognise organisations with our Professional Excellence Award and support the sector in their journey towards even greater professional excellence.
