The IEP is set to host its first networking event of 2025 in Manchester on Thursday, 20th March. Among the distinguished speakers, we are pleased to announce Sharon Marshall FIEP, Skills Strategy Manager at Wakefield Council, will be delivering her seminar on Connect to Work – a personal perspective through a Local Authority lens.

Sharon has been instrumental in leading the STEP-UP Team at Wakefield Council, which was recently recognised as a finalist in the 2024 ERSA Awards under the “Adding Social Value” category. She is also spearheading the implementation of the Get Britain Working measures in Wakefield while supporting broader initiatives across West Yorkshire.
