We are delighted to introduce Adam Davey FIEP, who has joined the IEP Fellowship. Since 2013, Adam has been Director of Petaurum HR, a multi award winning HR services and consultancy business that focuses on making workplaces better.

Speaking of his Fellowship, Adam said:

“I am delighted to be recognised as a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals, joining some of the most esteemed and respected individuals in the sector.

“The IEP plays such a pivotal role in supporting the employability sector, supporting members and setting standards for the profession.

“I have been the joint owner and Director of Petaurum HR since 2013, having previously worked in a senior HR role within the employability sector. I understand that HR can mean lots of different things to different people, but for me, it’s all about making better workplaces.

“At Petaurum HR, we do this by providing straightforward HR advice and guidance and by helping our clients to set up their team for success. In doing this, our aim is to prevent people’s problems and focus on how everyone can pull in the same direction to drive consistently high performance and better outcomes. For us, this is what HR is all about. Of course, problems occur, and people can sometimes behave in unexpected ways.  We have many years of experience dealing with these situations, but prefer, if it’s at all possible, to focus our efforts and energies on proactive ways to get the best out of people.

“I am looking forward to working with Scott Parkin FIEP and the IEP team to support best practice sharing, collaborating with others, to help develop and improve the employment standards and career prospects for the hard-working and talented people in the sector.
