The IEP Summit 2026 lunch is proudly sponsored by The Digital College, an online learning provider whose work is built on a simple but powerful belief: that the right conversation, at the right moment, can change everything.

Taking place on Thursday 11 June at 116 Pall Mall – the prestigious home of the Institute of Directors in London – the IEP Summit 2026 brings together employability professionals, policymakers and frontline practitioners under this year’s theme: Thriving in Tomorrow’s Labour Market

“We spend a lot of time talking about building skills and opening doors, but we also know that some of the most important opportunities start with a simple conversation,” said The Digital College. “That’s why sponsoring the lunch felt like such a natural fit. If we can help create a space where people connect, share ideas, and maybe spark new ways to support individuals into work, over a good meal, then we’re doing something right.”

The Digital College has been delivering accessible online learning and accredited certifications since 2011, helping individuals build skills and improve their career prospects. Their mobile-friendly courses are designed to support a wide range of reading and learning abilities, making it easier for more people to engage, progress and succeed. As the job market evolves, so does their course portfolio, ensuring learners gain relevant, practical skills for today’s workplace.

They work in partnership with welfare-to-work providers, councils, colleges and charities to widen access to learning and create inclusive pathways into employment. Accessibility is central to their approach, with subtitles available across their courses in eleven languages to support ESOL learners and remove language barriers.

Through the CFO Evolution programme, The Digital College has also developed a secure digital learning model within prisons, enabling individuals in custody to access accredited training without internet access — supporting rehabilitation, building confidence, and creating real opportunities for the future.

It is that same spirit – learning that reaches people wherever they are and opens doors that might otherwise stay closed – that makes their sponsorship of the Summit lunch such a natural fit.
