About the Course

The Award AI 3.0 has been completely reimagined to reflect the latest developments in AI, ethical best practice, and UK legislation. Built in partnership with EarlyBird AI, a leading innovator in AI for employability, the course integrates hands-on tools and real-life scenarios to ensure learning is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.

The new one-day delivery format culminates in a learning test, allowing learners to consolidate and certify their understanding by the end of the day. Learners can get their certificate and start implementing new AI tools straight away.

Meet Your Trainer: Carolyn Shepherd

The updated AI Award will be delivered by Carolyn Shepherd of Emmeline AI, a renowned expert in AI for business leadership and non-technical professionals.

Carolyn is a non-practising Barrister and certified Agile HR practitioner with qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and Andrew Ng’s AI for Everyone. She is a published author on AI prompting techniques and brings deep expertise in change dynamics and digital transformation.

Passionate about building confidence in those new to AI, Carolyn creates an inclusive, encouraging learning environment where participants feel supported to experiment, ask questions, and thrive. Her approach blends technical insight with real-world application, making AI accessible, exciting, and relevant for employability professionals at every stage of their journey.
