We’re delighted to announce that Whitehead-Ross Education (WRE) will be our IEP Summit 2025 Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception sponsor. WRE recently achieved the Silver IEP Professional Excellence Award, recognising their commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and excellence in the Employability Sector.

Ian Ross FIEP, CEO at Whitehead-Ross Education, said WRE are proud to sponsor and support the IEP Summit.

“In a rapidly evolving employment landscape, it is essential that we come together as a sector to address key challenges, share expertise, and ensure a knowledgeable, expert-led approach to employability,” he said.

“Through our work supporting jobseekers, delivering skills programs, and fostering career development, we understand the importance of collaboration in creating opportunities and driving positive change. Events like the Summit strengthen our collective ability to empower individuals and build a resilient, skilled workforce for the future.”

Hosted in a prestigious new venue, 116 Pall Mall is renowned for its historic and cultural significance. The Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception, sponsored by WRE, will be held in the grand surroundings of The Carlton Room providing a striking reminder of its rich past. The building stands on the site of Carlton House, the former London residence of the Prince of Wales before he became King George IV in 1820.

Part of London’s hospitality scene for over 175 years, Searcys will be providing excellent award-winning catering services here – so you can sit back, relax and enjoy fine dining and catching up with Sector colleagues and experts to discuss the day’s workshops and this year’s theme – ‘Employability in a Changing Landscape’.

The IEP Summit 2025, headline sponsored by City & Guilds, is the must-attend event for the Employability Sector, bringing together thought leaders, sector experts and stakeholders to explore the future of employability support. The event will cover a range of topics focused on the evolving world of work, from the role of employability professionals in navigating workforce challenges, the skills needed to deliver high-impact employment support and defining what it means to acquire durable skills for a resilient workforce.

An attendee at last year’s IEP Summit said, “The whole day and evening was fantastic, well organised and it was great for everyone to get together. The Summit is definitely the highlight of the year!”

Another attendee said, “The organisation of the Summit was excellent. You feel very cared for from the first greeting right through to the end of the Fellows Dinner/evening event.”
