The IEP are proud to announce that we are the headline employability partners of the Quality Professional Awards for the second year running! Founded by Mesma and hosted for the first time in June 2024, the event saw 200 people across the education and employability sectors come together to celebrate the professionals who work diligently behind the scenes.
Whilst last year was epic, 2025 promises even more with 2 new awards categories – Quality Champion and Compliance Leader – a bigger venue and more entertainment.
“We are truly honoured to be the headline partners of the Quality Professional Awards once again,” says IEP Group CEO Scott Parkin FIEP, who featured as a judge at QPA 2024.
“These awards shine a much-needed spotlight on the dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to uphold and improve quality across our sectors. At the IEP, we take immense pride in supporting and celebrating their achievements. These professionals are at the forefront of driving forward our mission at the IEP, which is Employability professionals everywhere are the best they can be.”
For instance, the QPA 2024 Rising Star of the Year winner was Kaneez Fatima MIEP, Compliance Officer at IEP Corporate Affiliate Partners Belina GRoW, who was nominated for her getting it ‘right first-time’ approach – in which she stresses the importance of efficiency and accuracy in delivering quality services.
“The awards honour the outstanding contributions made by quality improvement practitioners and leaders in further education and employability,” says Mesma CEO Lou Doyle FIEP.
“These are the people who play a critical role working alongside delivery teams to pave the way for a bright future for learners and job seekers.”
“In an era where both sectors continue to define and support personal and societal success, the pursuit of quality improvement has never been more important.
These awards celebrate the individuals and teams whose unwavering commitment to quality and compliance has made a significant impact towards achieving their organisation’s ambitions.
“Our aim in creating the awards is to elevate the status of quality assurance and compliance as a rewarding career path and demonstrate the professionalism of the many people in these roles who make a difference to our sectors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!”
