The IEP continues to honour organisations that demonstrate their commitment to advancing professional development and achieving excellence within the Employability Sector through the IEP Professional Excellence Award.
Congratulations to these 4 organisations who have achieved Professional Excellence Status in March:
- Ingeus – Silver Award
- Liverpool City Council – Bronze Award
- Cidori – Bronze Award
- Better Connect – Bronze Award
There are now 22 UK organisations recognised with Professional Excellence Awards. We are also pleased to announce that we have launched the Professional Excellence Award in Australia too, with 8 organisations recognised in its first round.
Gold Award
The Gold Award is presented to organisations that exemplify a strong commitment to professional growth, demonstrating exceptional engagement with the IEP and showcasing active participation across various initiatives.
Silver Award
The Silver Award recognises organisations that foster a culture of ongoing improvement, engaging their workforce in professional development and promoting involvement with IEP opportunities and learning.
Bronze Award
The Bronze Award is given to organisations that actively support professional development by encouraging the completion of essential employability learning and promoting IEP resources and opportunities within their teams.
