EP Summit NEW MASTHEAD 19 May 2025 1

19/05/2025

We are delighted to announce that Dr Antonio Weiss, Senior Partner at The PSC and acclaimed author of AI Demystified (Financial Times, 2025), will join the IEP Summit 2025 as our fourth and final speaker in a lineup of leaders in Employability. We are also thrilled to be joined by our expert panellists:

Antonio Weiss
Dr Antonio Weiss

Antonio brings a powerful perspective on the intersection of technology and public service, drawing from years of experience advising top-tier UK and international institutions, including the NHS, UK Government Digital Service and the Office for Artificial Intelligence.

His seminar, ‘Brilliant public services in an era of technological disruption’, promises to be a highlight of the event. In it, Antonio will challenge attendees to reimagine how public services – and by extension employability services – can not only survive but thrive amidst rapid digital transformation. Attendees will gain insights into how generative AI and other disruptive technologies can be harnessed to build human-centred systems that deliver impact and resilience.

A seasoned leader and thinker, Antonio is also a three-times elected councillor, former FE college governor, and co-founder of GQ award-winning UK fragrance company Thomas Clipper. His multifaceted career makes him uniquely placed to speak to both the policy and human sides of innovation, offering practical steps for leaders navigating change.

With Antonio completing the speaker roster, the IEP Summit 2025 is set to be our most compelling event yet.

Taking place at the prestigious 116 Pall Mall in London, home to the Institute of Directors, the Summit provides an exclusive environment for senior professionals to explore cutting-edge ideas and collaborate on solutions to the most pressing challenges in employability. We are also proud to have our headline sponsor, City & Guilds, whose commitment to skills and workforce development aligns perfectly with our mission.

This year’s Summit, with the theme of ‘Employability in a Changing Landscape’, will explore how technology, policy, and practice must evolve together. The event offers a mix of high-level seminars and informal networking sessions, ensuring attendees leave not only informed but inspired.

Joining Antonio on the speaker panel are three equally pioneering voices, each bringing their own lens to the future of work:
