Ralitsa Fellow

27/06/2025

The IEP is delighted to introduce our new Fellow, Ralitsa Babcheva FIEP, who is The City of London Corporation’s Contract Manager for the DWP – funded Connect to Work Programme.

For over a decade, Ralitsa has dedicated her career to the Employability Sector, working on DWP and ESF-funded contracts across the UK and partially in the UAE. Her focus has been on managing government funded programmes designed to support individuals into employment and skills, particularly those facing disabilities and complex barriers. This Fellowship is a wonderful recognition of that commitment and her significant contributions to the Sector.

With a robust background in employment programmes, Ralitsa is a results-oriented individual who has a proven track record of contract management, stakeholder management, process optimisation, and achieving contractual targets. She is renowned for her ability to inspire high-performing teams, build strong relationships and drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance. Her deep understanding of the ever-evolving sector allows her to overcome barriers and motivate individuals to achieve their true potential and drives contracts to a successful conclusion.

“I’m excited to collaborate and share insights with fellow colleagues in the sector, driving best practice, and ensuring we continue to deliver impactful outcomes,” Ralitsa said. “As the employability landscape evolves with a greater focus on devolution and integration of employment, skills, and health provision, the IEP Fellowship offers a fantastic opportunity to drive continuous improvement and bridge gaps.”

Fellows are active members of the IEP community and support others where they can, to drive the continued professionalisation of the sector and be an ambassador for the IEP.

Fellows benefit from special services including invitations to participate in the IEP Summit and our regular Fellows Networking Dinners.
