The IEP is delighted to recognise Emma Carpenter AIEP, Employment and Skills Coach at Sovereign Network Group, as our UK Member of the Month for March 2026.
Having recently completed and been certificated for the IEP Certificate in Employability Practice, she has stood out as an exceptional learner throughout her journey.
From the very start, Emma demonstrated a clear commitment to her professional development, consistently producing high‑quality work that reflected both insight and a strong dedication to supporting others.
Emma’s submissions showed genuine passion for the employability profession and a thoughtful understanding of the difference her role makes.
Also, Emma’s willingness to share best practice, offer constructive reflections and engage meaningfully in social and collaborative sessions enriched the experience for everyone involved.
“It’s a pleasure to see Emma receive this well‑deserved recognition,” said the IEP Learning Academy team. “Her enthusiasm, professionalism and values‑driven approach shine through in everything she does and we are proud to celebrate her achievements.”
Emma said it was great to be recognised as IEP Member of the Month.
“The Certificate in Employability Practice has been a rewarding experience, and I’m thankful for the support, shared learning and positive connections along the way,” Emma said.
“The support I received from Tracy Jory MAIEP and other members of the IEP Learning Academy team was excellent and they were always on hand to offer support.
“Being able to immediately apply the learning in my job role has made a difference to not only my own development but to those that I’m supporting too.”
