Central London Forward - Trailblazer Manager
We are seeking a passionate person with project management experience to lead on the delivery of the Central London Forward Youth Guarantee Trailblazer. Funded by the Department for Work & Pensions and managed by GLA, the Trailblazer is going to be delivered by our 12 central London borough partners. This innovative programme will focus on young people with experience of the care system and NEETS who live in Central London. The programme aims to provide bespoke support which is tailored to these young people’s individual needs.
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Contractual Hours: Mon – Fri, 35 hours per week
Basis: Fixed Term contract – for 1 Year (funded post until 31 March 2027)

Inspira - Team Leader
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: 2 roles available – 1 x Barrow in Furness covering Westmorland and Furness & 1 x Workington or Carlisle covering Cumberland
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will inspire, manage, and support a team of people to achieve contractual targets and deliver high-quality services that cover IPS, employability and careers guidance. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards, supporting staff development, and driving performance improvements. You will also deputise for managers when required and contribute to the growth of the charity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve targets and maintain professional standards.
· Oversee resource allocation and manage staff rotas for efficient service delivery.
· Provide supervision, line management, and ongoing coaching to team members.
· Identify and address staff training and development needs.
· Conduct appraisals and performance reviews.
· Ensure compliance with charity policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems, including safeguarding and health & safety.
· Drive performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
· Ensure accurate and timely recording using CRM systems and contractual paperwork.
· Prepare for and participate in external audits and assessments.
· Build and maintain relationships with partner organisations and employers.
· Work with central support functions to ensure financial and operational compliance.

As an Employment Coach, you will be supporting individuals to progress into their chosen career paths by providing advice, support and guidance by use of assessments and implementing tailored support plans, which would need to be smart, tailored to individual needs.

Employment Specialist in Barrow-in-Furness, Carlisle or Workington for Inspira
The Role
As an Employment Specialist, you will deliver tailored vocational profiling, career planning, job matching and in-work coaching to ensure participants not only gain employment but are supported to thrive within it. This will be done using the evidence based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. You will be based from our office in either Barrow-in-Furness, Carlisle or Workington.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Provide structured 1:1 employment support, based on individual wants and needs, to adults facing significant barriers or health conditions to support them to move into sustainable employment.
· Provide continued support to participants and employers once in work, including identifying job retention strategies.
· Managing a caseload of participants
· Develop strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities, as well as working closely with health services, education providers, and community organisations to provide joined-up, holistic support.
· Achieve performance targets, maintaining accurate records and achieve required customer and quality standards alongside contributing to monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate outcomes and impact.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
