Maximus KSA | ماكسيموس السعودية (part of Maximus Gulf) and the Institute of Employability Professionals have launched the Saudi Arabia Centre for Delivering Employability Excellence in Practice (CDEEP) aimed at advancing evidence-based approaches to employment and workforce participation.
Drawing on the expertise of IEP’s existing global Centre for Employability Excellence the Centres of Excellence are all dedicated to raising standards in employment and practical implementation of best practice in employability delivery.
The Saudi Arabia Centre of Excellence (CDEEP) builds on an exclusive multi-year collaboration between Maximus Gulf and the IEP to identify, test and learn, pilot, and embed innovative, high-impact solutions that improve employment outcomes, particularly for groups facing entrenched barriers to the labour market.
𝗚𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝘁, Managing Director, Maximus Gulf, said “This Centre signals our deep commitment to building a labour market that works for everyone. Through our work with the IEP, we’re not just piloting ideas, we’re building scalable models that respond to the unique needs of the region and contribute to wider global practice.”
Scott Parkin FIEP FRSA, Group CEO of the IEP, added: “The Saudi Arabia Centre of Employability Excellence is a testament to the power of collaboration and global learning. Together with Maximus Gulf, we’re demonstrating how best practice, tailored to local context, can have transformative results. We’re proud to support their ambitions to lead in employability innovation.”
The Centre of Employability Excellence operates under the governance of a dedicated Project Board, bringing together senior leaders from Maximus Gulf and the IEP, and chaired by Scott Parkin FIEP. Delivery is supported by a full-time Project Manager and expert input from IEP’s Global Centre for Employability Excellence (CfEE).
With project pilots already underway, including pioneering approaches for improving female employment access and cross-sector collaboration in Saudi Arabia, the Centre is expected to generate actionable insights and shared learning for employability services across Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf region and around the world in collaboration with our other Centres of Employability Excellence.
