We are excited to announce Niki Freeman FIEP, Assistant Director Employability & Justice at Acorn Training Ltd is our IEP UK Member of the Month for November 2025!
The award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond.
Niki joined the IEP Mentoring Programme and has been a strong advocate for both the programme and the IEP. She has demonstrated exceptional commitment as a mentor, maintaining consistent engagement with her mentee and subsequently volunteering to support an additional mentee due to her positive impact.
Niki has further supported the IEP by actively participating in several virtual forums, including the AGM, Partnership Collective, Fellowship Collective and Fellows Lecture. During these sessions, she has generously shared her experiences as a mentor, highlighted the importance of getting involved, and spoken about the value of the programme. Her enthusiasm and dedication have helped promote engagement and inspire others to participate.
Niki said she’s delighted to receive the IEP Member of the Month Award.
