The Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) is offering employability professionals two premier networking opportunities to connect, learn, and collaborate in Stockholm, one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.
On Thursday, 19 March 2026, the IEP will host both IEP Talks Live Sweden and the IEP Fellows Dinner at Sjöfartshuset in Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s historic old town.
The theme of the day? Navigating new collaborations between municipalities, education companies, independent providers and the Employment Service ahead of the Activity Requirements.
IEP Talks Live Sweden – Stockholm
Running from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, IEP Talks Live Sweden marks the first Swedish event of 2026.
The event brings together leaders from municipalities, private providers, industry organisations and policymakers for a full-day programme focused on collaboration and the future of labour market services.
Attendees will hear updates from the IEP, insights into successful local partnership models, and a detailed economic outlook from the National Institute of Economic Research. Throughout the day, participants will engage in panel discussions featuring both public- and private-sector perspectives on preparing for new activity requirements, improving results through cooperation, and shaping effective labour market policy.
Alongside the speaker sessions, the agenda offers substantial opportunities for networking, with dedicated time to meet exhibitors, connect over lunch and refreshments, and continue conversations during the closing mingling. The day concludes with an industry update from Werket and the presentation of the 2025 Labour Market Prizes, recognising excellence across the sector.
The event is free for all IEP members around the globe, with member companies receiving access to two complimentary tickets per organisation. Non-members are welcome to attend for a cover fee of 950 SEK.
Full programme and venue details will be announced soon. For questions regarding tickets, contact Amy Lucas, Events and Marketing Manager, at amy.lucas@iemployability.org.
