Lorna Holmes – MOTM October 2025

5/12/2025

Congratulations to Lorna Holmes FIEP, Head of Talent and Learning at Maximus Gulf, who has been awarded IEP Member of the Month for October 2025.

The award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond.

Lorna’s reason for nomination, submitted by the IEP team:

“Lorna gained Fellowship in April this year, and since then has played a central role in championing Fellowship across the Gulf. She has personally recommended highly experienced professionals for Fellowship, with 15 successfully awarded so far which has significantly expanded the IEP’s Fellowship presence and engagement in the region.

“Given the growing community of Fellows across multiple organisations in the Gulf, we are now establishing a Fellows Gulf Committee. This group will provide a platform to exchange ideas, share best practice, and explore opportunities for collaborative activity between Fellows in the region and the IEP.

“We are grateful to Lorna for her leadership and contribution to strengthening the Fellowship community in the Gulf.”

Lorna said she was speechless and touched to receive the award.

“This recognition has taken me by surprise. I’m incredibly proud of the work we have been doing in the Gulf region with IEP, and the opportunity to raise the profile of the Employability Sector, having it recognised as a profession rather just a job. I work with so many highly experienced, skilled professionals and I’m excited by the impact the Fellows Gulf Committee will have moving forward.”

Congratulations again, Lorna!
