We are delighted to announce that Sandra Ericsson Sjöblom MIEP, Business Developer and Concept Manager at Iris Hadar AB, is IEP Sweden Member of the Month for January 2025!
Sandra was nominated for being an asset to IEP Sweden through her knowledge of AI and her willingness to collaborate and share her knowledge.
“With a background in business development, quality assurance, behavioural science and IT, it’s no surprise that Sandra has kept up with the times,” says IEP Sweden Partnership Manager Annette Jönnervik Holmblad MIEP.
“For many years, she has inspired and driven development within Iris. Today, she holds the role of AI Developer, and she does it with grit and an eye on the future. She has a unique ability to methodically and inspiringly engage others in her drive, and through this, we want to highlight Sandra Ericsson as Member of the Month.”
Sandra says she was truly honoured to be selected as IEP’s Member of the Month for January 2025.
“It means a lot to me to be acknowledged for my work, and I deeply appreciate the support and collaboration within the IEP community,” she says.
“AI is transforming the job market, and I am passionate about helping job coaches and employment professionals leverage AI to enhance their work. By integrating AI tools, we can streamline processes, provide more tailored support to job seekers, and create innovative solutions for workforce development. I look forward to continuing this journey and contributing to the ongoing conversation around AI in employability.”
