IEP Visits

16/06/2025

To mark the 10th anniversary of Employability Day, the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) is proud to launch a new initiative: IEP Visits – a series of in-person engagements designed to connect with frontline teams across the sector, celebrate the great work being done, and strengthen our collective impact.

Employability Day, coordinated by ERSA and taking place this year on Friday 20th June, is a national showcase of the employment support sector. While our IEP Visits won’t all happen on the day itself, they form a key part of our celebrations and reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting the people who support others into work.

Each IEP Visit will be tailored to meet the needs and interests of your team. Whether you’d like:

These sessions offer a space to share your successes and challenges, while also exploring the full benefits of IEP membership and how it can help enhance delivery and professional development.

We want to shine a light on your work, support your goals, and champion the employability profession from the inside out.

In addition, we’re proud to be supporting National Employability Week™ (7–11 July 2025) – another key opportunity to spotlight the impact of our sector.

We’ll soon be writing to our partner organisations to book in IEP Visits, so if you’d like to host one, keep an eye out or get in touch with the team at membership@iemployability.org to register your interest. Just let us know who to coordinate with and what you’d most like from the session – we’ll do the rest.

Let’s celebrate Employability Day by coming together, in person, to share, learn and inspire. You can find out more about Employability Day 2025 here https://ersa.org.uk/
