After more than two years of outstanding dedication and impact, we say a fond farewell to Annette (Nette) Jönnervik Holmblad MIEP, Partnerships Manager for IEP Sweden.
Since joining IEP in July 2023, Nette has played a central role in shaping our presence and partnerships in Sweden. With her deep expertise in supported employment and a genuine commitment to professional standards and inclusion, she has been a driving force in building IEP Sweden from the ground up.
Nette has made a lasting mark in many ways – from developing and delivering our popular IEP Networking Events in Sweden, bringing practitioners and partners together to share learning and build our community; to writing for the IEP Journal as a subject matter expert, contributing her knowledge to the wider sector; and actively representing IEP at events, always speaking with passion about employability and the power of professionalisation.
Perhaps most significantly, she has helped to build and nurture relationships – with Fellows, employers, municipalities, and corporate partners – laying the groundwork for the strong foundations we now stand on.
Nette’s work has always been underpinned by a belief in people and a desire to see employability professionals supported, connected and recognised. We are deeply grateful for her strong commitment, energy and dedication.
She remains deeply engaged in her work within the supported employment field, where we know she will continue to make a meaningful difference.
“It has been a true privilege to contribute to the development of IEP in Sweden,” Annette (Nette) Jönnervik Holmblad MIEP said.
“I’m proud of the steps we’ve taken to strengthen employability and build bridges between people, professions and possibilities.
“I’ve had the joy of building strong, genuine relationships with amazing partners across the country. Together, we’ve shared challenges, found solutions, and laughed along the way. Thank you for the trust, collaboration, inspiration, and shared passion for making a real difference in Employability.”
On behalf of the IEP Group and our colleagues in Sweden and beyond – thank you, Nette, for all you’ve done. We wish you continued success and hope our paths will cross again.
