ERSA has announced that entries are now open for the 2025 ERSA Employability Awards, marking the prestigious event’s 13th year.
The awards, sponsored by Whitehead-Ross Education, provides an opportunity for individuals, teams, partnerships and providers across the employment support sector to showcase their work and gain sector-wide recognition for their contributions to helping disadvantaged people move closer to and into employment.
“The Employability Awards are the opportunity for individuals and teams in the sector to showcase the work done, the innovative solutions, the determined efforts, and the collaborations that must be showcased and acknowledged,” said Elizabeth Taylor, Chief Executive at ERSA. “If you, your team or one of your colleagues deserves sector wide recognition, nominate!”
The awards programme recognises exceptional commitment, pioneering approaches, and dedicated expertise from those working to support better employment outcomes. Last year’s event attracted over 200 entries from organisations across the UK, with entries judged by an independent panel of experts.
Entry to the awards is free and open to any individual, team, or organisation of any size that supports jobseekers in finding worthwhile work and achieving sustainable careers. All shortlisted organisations will be featured in a virtual Employability Awards brochure and showcased on the ERSA website.
The winners will be announced at the Employability Awards Dinner, which follows the ERSA Conference on Tuesday 25th November 2025.

- Shortlist announcement: Monday 13th October 2025
