We’re pleased to invite IEP Members and Corporate Affiliate Partners to the upcoming Employer Solutions Forum, taking place on Tuesday 17th June at 11am on MS Teams. This members-only event is designed for professionals working in employer engagement roles and promises to be a valuable and thought-provoking session focused on sharing insight, best practice and practical solutions.
The Forum will bring together practitioners from across the employability sector for an open and engaging discussion about what really works when it comes to employer engagement. Whether you’re looking to explore new approaches, reflect on current challenges, or share your own successes and ideas, this is a fantastic opportunity to connect with others who understand the unique demands of the role.
We’re delighted to welcome two experienced and highly respected speakers to lead the conversation. Mark Roberts FIEP, Director and Business Consultant at Mark Roberts Associates Ltd, and Julie Shawcross FIEP, Director at C&WLPN, will share their extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Together, they’ll explore some of the most pressing topics in employer engagement, including how to generate vacancies, the smart use of data to drive performance, and tried-and-tested methods for building and maintaining strong employer relationships.
This interactive session will also give attendees the chance to hear more about how IEP accredited learning and qualifications can support their team’s development and impact.
