This September, we’re excited to be launching a new way to expand access to high-quality sector-specific professional qualifications: IEP Satellite Centres.
IEP Satellite Centres are approved and quality-assured by the IEP to run a selected suite of IEP programs using their own internal trainers, trained and supported through our Train-the-Trainer process, with the same thorough standards that define IEP-accredited delivery. This allows you to bring our professional learning directly to your people and beyond, saving time, increasing reach, and making professional development more accessible at a local and regional level.
Each Satellite Centre will be approved and supported by IEP with:
- Full qualification specifications and assessment guidance
- A structured Train-the-Trainer process
- A new Line Manager and Learning Mentor Guidance Pack
- Ongoing quality assurance
Previously limited to the Certificate in Employability Practice, the Satellite Centre model now extends to a wider range of programs, including:
- The Award in Employability and IPS Integration
- IEP Award in Supporting Participants with Complex Needs
- IEP Award in AI for Employability
Our first new-generation Satellite Centre is already preparing to deliver. More details about this to follow.
