As part of our mission to help support employability services across Australia, IEP Australia is working with a group of providers to deliver what is know as our Quality Improvement Framework.
The award-winning QIF is a blueprint for effective employability quality practices across various organisational contexts and contracts.
It has been based on evidence gathered around the world and distilled to give providers and their staff access to best practice information.
The QIF was launched in Australia during 2024 and one of the providers taking part is CVGT Employment, which has branches across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania.
“CVGT is delighted to be part of the IEP Quality Improvement Framework pilot,” Fleur Cousins FIEP, CVGT’s General Manager Corporate Services, says.
“This opportunity allows us to evidence the quality practices we have in place. The Framework will also support us with continuous improvement, innovating and enhancing our practices, ultimately leading to better outcomes for everyone involved with the programs we deliver.
“We look forward to the shared learnings through the pilot and supporting the application of the IEP’s Quality Improvement Framework in the Australian context.”
The QIF is designed to ensure that all employability professionals are involved in improving quality, all the time.
It supports clear focus on a provider’s organisational goals and priorities, with practices that are consistently proven to deliver results for the people we support through employability services.
