We are thrilled to be launching our IEP Australia mentoring program, designed for professionals ready to challenge themselves, amplify their capabilities and reach their full potential.
We’re partnering with Brancher, a cutting-edge mentoring platform that pairs mentees and mentors based on compatibility and supports them throughout their mentoring journey.
A few weeks ago, we asked for people to register their interest in acting as a mentor to support emerging leaders in our employment services sector.
We were excited by the response and have now moved to a formal EOI stage for people wanting to take part as mentees. So why join?

To ensure participants are matched with the best possible mentoring partner, we’re asking interested individuals to complete a short online application. This will help us understand your skills, goals and personal preferences to create meaningful connections.

The application will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete, and is due by Friday 18th April.
