As you know, we at the Grow Team are deeply passionate about helping women across London step into meaningful work – work that doesn’t just pay the bills, but fits with their lives, their families and their futures.
We are thrilled to launch our Get Ready for Work Job Brokerage service, funded by the Mayor of London. Over two weeks of intensive online support – followed by six weeks of personalised job-matching, one-to-one mentoring and aftercare – we’ll walk alongside women who are ready to work yet finding the last step hard to take.
This matters to us because:
- We believe everyone deserves the chance not just to get a job, but to build a future.

We know from years of experience that with the right support, ambition becomes achievement.
And we’re also proud to play our part in the UK’s wider aim: a target to achieve an 80% employment rate, helping more people into work, boosting local economies and fulfilling that promise of opportunity for all.
