Congratulations to Danny Sheehan AIEP, Senior IPS Employment Specialist at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, for taking home the IEP UK Member of the Month Award for January 2026.
The award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond.
Danny actively promotes IEP membership within his organisation, ensuring that staff are aware of and make full use of the benefits available to them. He plays a key role in encouraging engagement and professional development across his team.
Danny is committed to raising standards within his organisation, supporting colleagues to undertake additional learning and development. He is currently working towards achieving the Gold Professional Excellence Award for his organisation, demonstrating strong leadership and a clear dedication to continuous improvement.
