We are seeking any resources that support the engagement of employers in assisting people with disability into employment. Is there anything you could share to assist us with this?
This could include resources that outline good employer engagement practices for working with employers, the key ingredients of effective employer engagement, types of activities across the employee lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, retention, progression).
This could include any of the following:
- toolkits
- frameworks
- models
- evaluations
- policy papers
- case studies
- other practical resources
- practice-based academic evidence
We are seeking submissions from employment service, education and training providers, individuals or organisations who work with people with a disability, researchers, academics.
The Centre for Inclusive Employment has commissioned Professor Jo Ingold and Dr Qian Yi Lee (Australian Catholic University) to undertake a Rapid Review of Evidence on Employer Engagement with the aim to guide employment service design and delivery, and policy development.
