Yarlington Housing Association

Yarlington is an award-winning, not-for-profit community benefit society. We work hard to try and solve the housing crisis, whilst providing opportunities and support for our customers and communities.

We do this by building quality new homes. And taking good care of the ones we already manage. But, we are about more than just housing. We also offer education, employment, financial advice, and training opportunities. And we support community projects.

Today we continue to go from strength to strength, delivering quality homes and services that change people's lives.

We live by our values. They’re our culture and our identity. They inform everything we do.

With a strong sense of who we are and what we stand for at our core, we’ll continue to grow. And go from strength to strength.

We have over 20,000 customers, manage more than 10,000 properties, and are adding to our portfolio all the time by building more and more affordable homes alongside those for outright sale. All the while supported by a stellar team of staff.

We've won many awards, maintained high Moody's credit ratings, and are gold standard Investors in People.

Our Yarlington Next-Gen strategy lays out our commitment to building 1,500 new affordable homes by 2021. Expanding our development program to Bristol. And delivering our customers’ services more efficiently. It’s an exciting time for us.

“We have to be more commercial, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t value our customers and still deliver with compassion – that’s important because it’s where we’ve come from, it’s what we’re about – being smart but with heart.” Lindy Morgan, Chair of the Board.
