  • Supporting Jobseekers Suffering from Mental Ill Health

It has never been more important for ERS staff to be able to spot mental health crisis and know what to do to support someone. With the Work & Health Programme, as many as 88% of customers will have, or be at high risk of, a mental health disorder.
With this in mind, Future Path have developed three training programmes to help providers to succeed – each includes a version of Mental Health First Aid, and you can choose from courses aimed at frontline staff, BD teams and support staff/management.
