David Royle FIEP
David Royle is the Operations Manager for Reed in Partnership. David's role involves managing all aspects of performance, both statistical and financial, quality, compliance and integration for Reed in Partnership's Work and Health Programme across West Yorkshire, specifically Bradford, Huddersfield, Leeds and Wakefield. David is also the Self-Employment lead for RinP's internal Direct Delivery which covers 11 offices in the North East CPA.
His previous role as Performance and Quality Director at Standguide Limited consisted of managing all aspects of performance and quality for all Standguide's current contracts across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Birmingham & Solihull, Lancashire, The Midlands, The Marches and West Yorkshire.
These contracts include; The Work Programme (People Plus, Seetec & Serco), DWP ESF contracts (Pluss & Reed), SFA Enterprise, SSW, SSR, SSU & IAG NEET contracts (Calderdale College, Learn Direct & Skills Training UK), JcP's FSF provision (JSA, ESA, ESOL & Digital Upskilling), JcP's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provision and Standguide's internal Self-Employment provision.
As a member of Standguide's Senior Management Team David was heavily involved in driving forward Standguide's strategic aims and objectives, including; Sales and Marketing strategy, HR and Recruitment, Quality Assurance including QIP's and SAR's along with supporting with the analysis and implementation of the annual Company Business Plan.
