As employability professionals, IEP members know the value of good quality training to any organisation.  However, with so many providers offering courses it can sometimes be hard to select quality courses from providers that can be trusted to deliver.

That’s where the Endorsed by IEP system comes in.  It’s a badge of recognition for any short course, programme or other training opportunity that will help employability professionals improve their performance.

Organisations offering specialist or generalist programmes that could support practitioners can apply for them to be Endorsed by IEP.  Meeting the criteria demonstrates that the organisation adheres to professional training standards, and that programmes are well designed and delivered. To make it easy to identify endorsed providers the Endorsed by IEP logo can be found on their programme materials.
