ICONI Appoint Niall Doherty as CTO

ICONI Software are delighted to announce the appointment of Niall Doherty as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

This new role reflects ICONI’s increased focus on technical excellence and ambitious growth plans, helping us move towards becoming the leader of ‘Beneficiary Support’ software solutions.

With a degree in Applied Computing and over twenty years’ experience in the IT industry, Niall has led teams to deliver multi-million-pound software systems for both private and public sector organisations. Throughout his career, Niall has gained extensive technical, commercial, and customer facing experience working across a range of roles from software development, solution architecture and leading project delivery teams through to product management.

When speaking about his new role Niall commented: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of CTO at this exciting time for ICONI and I look forward to driving the company’s innovative CEP software platform and wider technical strategy to ensure they align against our vision and ambitious growth plans.“

Joining ICONI over seven years ago, Niall has been a driving force in the development of ICONI’s Customer, Engagement and Progression (C.E.P.) software framework.  In his new capacity as CTO, Niall will lead ICONI’s experienced and talented development team in the growth of a central technology strategy based around the configurability, scalability and multi-tenanted capabilities of our software platform.

ICONI’s Managing Director, Liam Jordan commented: “One of Niall’s many strengths is his ability to identify and extract value through innovation for both our Customers and our organisation.  He is the most technically astute person I have had the pleasure of working with and I am delighted with his new CTO role, which is a fundamental part of ICONI’s future growth plans.”

With Niall commencing his new role, ICONI are looking forward to the new opportunities this will bring for both the organisation and for our customers.
