IEP Accredited Sector Induction - Sensory Impairment Module Launched

IEP are delighted to launch the latest module in the IEP Accredited Sector Induction.

Many people with sensory impairments are still able to lead full and rewarding lives but for some, their partial or full sensory loss or impairment can lead to significant challenges, not least the ability to find and retain work.

This learning module aims to provide an overview of types and symptoms of sensory impairment and offer practitioners and other participant-facing staff guidance on how to support programme participants with sensory impairments on their journey towards employment.
