New Youth Commission launched today by Learning and Work Institute

Learning and Work Institute’s latest report, the fifth output from theiryouth commission was launched today by Tes.

This report analyses current education, employment and skills services and planned changes, and identifies how they match up against the future challenges that previous youth commission reports have set out.

Likely demographic and economic change are increasing the importance of a good foundation of education and skills, as well as ongoing employment and career support. This report questions how the employment and education systems stack up, and whether they are delivering for all young people.
