Welcome Nous Group our new Corporate Affiliate Partners

The IEP are delighted to announce that Nous Group, an award-winning management consulting company, have joined us as our latest Corporate Affiliate Partners.

Nous Group partner with leaders across the UK and Australia to shape world class businesses, effective governments and empowered communities.  Established in 1999 with the aspiration of delivering bold and personalised consulting services, with a team of expert and engaging people, Nous wanted to do work that made a substantial, positive contribution, not just to their clients and their businesses, but also to the customers and communities they serve.

With over 450 staff worldwide, they offer a broad consulting capability that allows them to solve their clients’ most complex strategic challenges, and partner with them through transformational change. They have contributed to significant agendas, including shaping the future of employment services nationally, advancing the socio-economic prospects of disadvantaged communities, digitally transforming employment service delivery and developing models of regulation for the future economy.

Zac Ashkanasy, Principal of Nous Group said “Nous joined IEP because we strongly believe in the professionalisation of the employability profession. We also closely affiliate with your broader vision and mission. We see the achievement of your vision being the work of many organisational and individuals, including the support and advice of values-driven consultancies such as the Nous Group. Examples of the work we do includes:

  •  Co-design with the sector a future blueprint for employment services
  •  Co-design with staff and their clients the service delivery model for more effective employment outcomes
  • Facilitating workshops with employment service consortiums to improve governance
  • Advising education providers on both the content and delivery modes of training models for employment consultants
  • Working with executive of service organisations to develop their 3, 5 or 10 year strategies and visions
  • Conducting evaluations and reviews of employment programs (including disability programs) on behalf of providers.
