Welcome PHX our New Corporate Affiliate Partners

The IEP are delighted to announce that PHX Training have joined us as our latest Corporate Affiliate Partners.

PHX Training is an award-winning North West training provider, founded in 2004 to help individuals and businesses to build skills and create successful futures. They deliver government-backed training initiatives including direct delivery of the ESFA Adult Education Budget (AEB).

Shirley Williams, Development Director said “The reason why I wanted to join IEP as a Corporate Affiliate Partner on behalf of PHX Training is that the IEP and their Members are passionate about supporting people with multiple barriers into work.  As key partners our role is to embrace those challenges, help come up with new joined up approaches and to support people into sustainable jobs.

“Raising the PHX Brand nationally is very important to me and being part of a prestigious group will start to raise our visibility.  Being part of IEP is a great way for me to be inspired by fresh ideas and ready to tackle business challenges in creative and innovative ways.”

For 14 years PHX have successfully delivered sub-contracts including Learndirect, AEB and ESF funded Work Based Learning, Apprenticeship training, DWP Journey2Work programme and the Work Programme.

The PHX approach is fully integrated, holistic and structured.  We take individuals who may be far from the job market, or at times hardest to reach, guiding them through advice, support, training, progression onto PHX’s other funded programmes of study and personal development into work.

The culture of PHX Training enables them to improve their skills to get them ready for the working environment, help improve their self-worth and confidence or move them towards further education and training.
