The IEP are pleased to welcome Rob Houlston FIEP to the IEP Fellowship.
Rob is Head of Strategic Partnerships and Development at Twin Group, an award-winning international provider of English language education, group travel, work experience, accommodation, higher education pathways, and employability services, including apprenticeships.
He has over 25 years of experience in leading delivery, partnerships and strategic development of people services. Specialist in youth programmes and employment, change management, development, customer experience and business engagement.
“I am honoured to become a Fellow of the IEP, supporting sector and personnel development,” Rob said.
“I’m passionate about enabling people to be their best and achieving their potential, joining a likeminded group of individuals aligns with my purpose, together supporting overall change for good.”
