The IEP is excited to present our first ‘Fellows Day’ on Thursday 12 February 2026, marking the first major Fellowship gathering of the year and expressing gratitude for your ongoing support of the Fellowship community.
The day will comprise three distinct elements, each designed to maximise the value of your Fellowship experience:
- The Fellows Lecture – with sponsorship from Get Set UK and Fedcap
- Looking Ahead Event (exclusive to IEP Fellows) – featuring a drinks reception courtesy of Palladium
- The year’s opening Fellows Networking Dinner London – sponsored by Clarion Futures
The Fellows Lecture and Looking Ahead Event
Taking place at RSA House, London, both the Fellows Lecture and ‘Looking Ahead Event’ are complimentary and reserved exclusively for Fellows. These sessions provide the year’s opening chance to gather as a community, engage with exceptional keynote speaker Dr Kenny Imafidon MBE, learn about the Fellowship’s direction and opportunities for involvement, and connect during a hosted drinks reception.

The Fellows Networking Dinner
Following the afternoon sessions, conversations will continue at Browns, Covent Garden for the year’s inaugural Fellows Dinner. This evening provides an ideal setting to extend your connections, be part of thought-provoking discussions that look to the future of the employability profession. Fellows are welcome and encouraged to invite aspiring Fellows to participate in the evening festivities.
This opening in-person Fellowship event of 2026 serves as both an appreciation for your ongoing support and an excellent chance to learn about and engage with everything your Fellowship provides.
