Your Voice. Your Institute. Your Future. The IEP Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 is a chance to reflect, come together as a community and look ahead with purpose and renewed energy. Far from a traditional AGM, this is an interactive, uplifting event designed to inspire everyone working in the Employability Sector.
This year, Members, Fellows, Partners and Ambassadors will share their experiences of growth, challenge and achievement, and how belonging to the IEP has strengthened their practice and shaped their professional journey. You’ll hear highlights from IEP Basecamp, the Learning Academy, our global programmes, and our expanding mentoring network – all demonstrating how our shared commitment is driving excellence across the sector.
We’ll also hear from Palladium about their impactful work supporting refugees, and throughout the session we’ll be spotlighting innovative projects from across the profession, offering insight, inspiration, and practical takeaways.
