It’s an exciting time at the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) as we expand our team to drive innovation, quality, and impact across the employability sector in the UK and around the world.
We’re looking for passionate, talented people to join us in shaping the future of our profession:
- Head of Growth – Lead our strategic expansion, grow membership, and develop new opportunities for our community. [£50k–£60k -Exact salary within the range will depend on skills and experience)
- Quality and Excellence Project Lead – Embed research-informed practice and innovation into services through our Global Centre for Employability Excellence. [£35k–£40k]
- Digital Support Assistant – Keep our digital platforms running smoothly and help develop the tools that power our learning and community. [£25k–£27.5k]
- Trainer/Assessor (IPS) – Deliver and assess high-quality training to support employability professionals in making a difference. [£27.5k–£30k]
