We’re excited to reveal the second confirmed speaker for IEP Summit 2025, taking place on 12 June at 116 Pall Mall, and proudly headline sponsored by City & Guilds.
Bolaji Olatoye is an internationally recognised AI strategist and digital transformation expert with over 18 years of experience leading major technology programmes across investment banking, public sector, and SME industries. As the founder of Altitude AI Consulting, he supports organisations across multiple sectors to adopt automation and AI in practical, human-centred ways. Bolaji is known for simplifying complex technology, making it relevant for real-world challenges, and helping professionals feel confident navigating the future of work. He has delivered talks across the UK and internationally, empowering teams to use tech not just to survive — but to scale with purpose.
Bolaji’s seminar — “Demystifying AI: Practical Insights for the Employability Sector” — will offer practical takeaways and no-nonsense insights. Artificial Intelligence isn’t just for tech giants — it’s already reshaping the world of work, learning, and employability. But what does that really mean for frontline professionals supporting people into jobs? In this engaging and jargon-free session, Bolaji will break down what AI is (and isn’t), where it’s heading, and how it’s quietly changing the way we prepare people for the future of work. You’ll hear practical, real-world examples from multiple sectors, and leave with fresh insights and confidence to start meaningful conversations about AI with your teams and the individuals you support.
Bolaji joins an exciting line-up including our first announced speaker Dr Nina Jörden (University of Cambridge), and four exceptional Summit Chairs:
Liz Sewell FIEP, Jim Carley FIEP, Claudine Adeyemi-Adams FIEP, and Kathryn Jellings FIEP.
