We are delighted to share some important updates about new roles and developments within our team at the IEP, as we continue to further build our growing organisation.
We have strengthened our internal structure to enhance collaboration across our core areas of Membership, Learning, Projects and Events through clear, focused management. This new structure will also help us to sharpen our strategic focus and support the continued development of the IEP Learning Academy in the UK and internationally.
A key part of this is ensuring we continue to respond beyond today’s needs, and actively shape the future of our sector. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that Helen Lee FIEP has been appointed Head of Learning Innovation and Vision. Helen’s role will focus on anticipating what’s coming next for the employability profession – looking at emerging trends, the evolving needs of our professional workforce, and how we can continue to raise standards and support career progression. Her work will help ensure that the IEP stays ahead of the curve, enabling our members to deliver ever greater impact for the participants they support into work.
We’re also pleased to welcome Shelley Nelson AIEP and Christian Morris AIEP, who are joining our Learning and Projects Team to support the delivery of our learning and capability offer. Their contribution will be central to our continued growth, helping to uphold the quality and consistency of our learning programs and supporting our commercial learning ambitions.
In other team developments:
· Tracy Jory MIEP has taken on the role of eLearning Projects and Assessment Consultant, with a focus on ensuring the quality and impact of our digital learning content.
· James McKenna MIEP becomes Head of Projects and Performance, and alongside continuing to lead our major projects, will now also oversee performance monitoring across all workstreams. James joins Anita Houghton FIEP, Helen Lee FIEP and Heather Ette FIEP on our Senior Leadership Team.
· Carly Parker MIEP steps into a new role as Lead Partnership Manager, continuing to develop our Partnerships Team and strengthening our mentoring offer around the world.
· Lucia Zyla AIEP remains our trusted Finance Manager, and we’re pleased to announce that Jayne Hulme MIEP is taking up the new position of Finance and HR Business Partner.
· Angela Ramage joined us earlier this year as Events Coordinator, working closely with Amy Lucas MIEP, who also supports our Group CEO, Scott Parkin FIEP, in her role as Executive Assistant.
Together, these team changes mark an exciting next chapter for the IEP. With a renewed focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration, we’re well placed to build on what’s working and push further, helping our members and partners deliver better services, support more participants into work, and keep growing as professionals in a changing employability landscape.
