The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology presents a range of potential opportunities and headaches to the employability sector. So, we are thrilled to announce we will soon be offering an Award in AI course to our Australian members.
To lead the program, we have secured the services of Carolyn Shepherd, who is renowned for her expertise in empowering non-technical professionals to embrace AI for productivity and leadership in business.
A non-practising Barrister and Agile HR practitioner, she is certified by the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and Andrew Ng’s AI for Everyone. Carolyn is also a published author on AI prompting techniques and an experienced transformational consultant.
Carolyn excels at helping those new to AI applications take the plunge and is passionate about helping them flourish and build confidence. With her unique blend of technical knowledge, change dynamics and real-world business insights, she creates a supportive learning environment where participants can interact and thrive.
The course itself introduces learners to common AI platforms, followed by an exploration of the ethical considerations and implications of AI. Subsequent sessions delve into the practical application of AI on the frontline, covering topics such as CV customisation, interview preparation, skills gap analysis, and career development planning.
