We are delighted to announce that Owe Håkansson FIEP, Founder and Mentor at BranteviksGruppen AB, is IEP Sweden Member of the Month for February 2025!
With his extensive experience working in the employability sector, Owe is a much appreciated Fellow and colleague, and he works hard to develop the IEP, its membership benefits and geographical spread. With his great commitment and warm personality, he is a great asset to IEP Sweden.
Owe says he was thankful and surprised to be named as IEP Sweden’s Member of the Month for February 2025.
“I really want to share this award with my staff and partners, who over the years have helped me build experience,” he said.
“My concept of quality thinking, which is based on 5 parameters, has been the foundation and is something I would like to share with you.”
Owe’s parameters for quality thinking:

“This concept has helped me through almost half a century and makes it fun to go to work every day. To be able to, together with young people, think outside the box is a privilege that I hope to participate in for another century.”
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
