Since announcing the formation of four strategic Committees earlier this spring, IEP Sweden has made strong progress in setting up the structure that will help guide our direction and deepen member involvement.
The Committees – focused on Sales, Growth and Partnerships, Fellowship, Communications, Marketing and Messaging, and Policy and Strategy – are now in place, with Chairs and members confirmed. In addition, a Municipality Engagement Sub-Committee has been established to strengthen our relationships with local government and build on existing partnerships.
Initial meetings have already taken place for some of the Committees, with all others scheduled to convene during June. These first meetings mark the beginning of a more inclusive and collaborative model for IEP Sweden – one that brings together Fellows, board members and sector professionals to help shape priorities and drive forward our shared mission.
As this structure embeds, the Committees will support everything from policy development to visibility and growth, with each playing a key role in strengthening the employability profession in Sweden.
Looking ahead, we’ll be sharing regular updates from the Committees and providing more opportunities to get involved at our IEP Sweden Networking Event in September. More details to follow soon!
