The IEP is delighted to congratulate all the winners and finalists of the ERSA Employability Awards 2025. With more than 250 outstanding applications submitted this year, reaching the finals is a remarkable achievement and a testament to the dedication, innovation and impact shown across our sector.
The ERSA Conference and Employability Awards – taking place on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and sponsored by Elevate Employment Services – marks the 13th year of recognising excellence in employability. and celebrating the individuals, teams, partnerships and providers who drive progress and change lives every day.
The Outstanding Contribution and Lifetime Achievement awards will be revealed on the evening, adding to what promises to be an inspiring and uplifting celebration.
